Main performance of the instrument
1. CNC mechanical loading
This instrument adopts a special stepper motor and a worm gear reduction mechanism, which is digitally controlled by a single-chip microcomputer to achieve fully automatic and uniform loading. Ensure uniform loading of the sample cross-section, display the test results directly using a high-speed digital meter, and record the values of larger destructive forces; Combining domestic and foreign instruments, as well as the characteristics of our SWG, SWX, and SWY series strength machines, vertical loading is used in the sand strength test (most foreign products are vertical), completely overcoming the testing errors caused by static friction and self weight during the no-load process of the original horizontal machine; Vertical loading is used for low wet pressure and wet shear strength tests of green sand, and no other high-pressure accessories or pressure equipment are required for high compressive strength tests (such as resin sand samples).
2. Cross head fixture mechanism
This instrument uses a crosshead displacement adjuster, which facilitates the placement of test samples and reduces idle time. The application of the crosshead fixture system not only improves testing accuracy but also makes operation very convenient.
3. High precision
This instrument adopts CNC mechanical loading, which avoids measurement errors caused by changes in hydraulic oil viscosity due to leakage and temperature difference caused by hydraulic loading. The application of high-precision S-shaped force sensors and a 4/2 bit A/D data acquisition system can achieve fast data acquisition rate and truly reflect the peak data when the sample is damaged. Further improve the accuracy of the system.
